Contains everything you need to follow the cleanse for at least the recommended 10-days, except the fresh lemons and purified/filtered water. (Do not buy any shelf stable or pasteurized lemon juice). Optional- depending on individual a little more syrup may be needed. This kit contains cayenne in capsule which can be taken with each glass or broken open into each glass of juice.
