					<description>Thank you for all the great information.  I agree that most of us are not even eating the recommended servings of fruits and vegetables a day.  It is so important to try to buy as much local organic fruits and vegetables that are rich in nutrients as possible.  Support those local organic farmers! I like the idea of also supplementing in powder form for the nutrients that we are missing.  I visited the &lt;a href="http://www.rawjuicing.com" rel="nofollow"&gt;URI website &lt;/a&gt;and I am trying to implement the use of these supplements in my household.  Is there one that you would suggest as a good single supplement that is best for being packed with antioxidants?  I noticed there are several on the website, and it looked like "The Feast" was one that stuck out.  Is this the one you would suggest for a beginning family trying to increase their antioxidant intake?  Thanks for also directing me to these products.</description>
